Today we shall bring your attention to the beaches you just cannot miss during your stay in Majorca.

As a matter of fact, we do like all of the beaches and we would recommend them all. But we are aware that everyone has his own tastes and preferences. The good news is that the island offers all sorts of beaches and little coves. We shall give you some suggestions and we believe that at least one will suit your personal likings.

To reach the cove Cala en Gossalba, in the neighborhood of Puerto de Pollenca, you will have to go for a little walk. Do not fear, it is just 2,5 km which will only take you approximately 1 hour. Do not forget to protect yourself against the heat and sun, especially during the trip. You will be rewarded by a refreshing dip in the sea.

Going for a trip in Majorca is an unforgettable experience, which you can share with your partner. If you are on a romantic holiday, we suggest you save one day to visit Sa Foradada, both the viewpoint as well as the cove, just 40 minutes walk. Sa Foradada owes its name to the “gap” in the island which is a highlight of the landscape and means “punctured” in Spanish. If you decide to stay and watch the sunset, you will fall in love with the island.
If you are a party of more than two and coming with kids, the best option is to go for a big, sandy beach, with an easy access and parking, sun beds and sunshades, showers and shadow areas. Palmanova will cover all the demands. Make the most of the day near the sea, beach bars end enjoy a delicious ice cream scoop. You will not be disappointed.

Cala Mondragó, situated in the natural park of Mondragó, is the best setting if you wish to combine the beach and a picnic in the forest. It can be easily reached by car or public transport, there are many different routes if you want to get to know better this beautiful natural space. Please note that in summer, for security reasons, it is forbidden to set fire there.
For you, who look for entertainment and emotion, there is more than one beach waiting for you. Idyllic, virgin beach Es Trenc, 3 km long, stands out among others. It is simply a perfect place to windsurf, kitesurf or paddle surf. You may try its amazing waves or relax on the golden sand.

Are you hungry? Do not hesitate to visit Camp de Mar, a sandy beach where the pedestrian bridge on the sea will take you to a tiny island where a unique restaurant is found. Enjoy the best food surrounded by Mediterranean sea, we suggest to book a table in advance.

By nightfall, there are beaches which attract both tourists and local people. This is the case of El Arenal. Its bars, casinos, pubs and discotheques are the most popular attractions, although just walking down the beach is a pure fiesta itself.
