Mallorca is a land of extraordinary gastronomy. For many years, award-winning chefs from Mallorca or from other parts of Spain or the world have moved to the island of Mallorca to enjoy a wonderful environment and products. From HSM we bring you the nine award-winning Michelin restaurants for 2018.

1. Zaranda Restaurant
Located in the rural hotel Castell de Son Claret, in Es Capdellà, chef Fernando Pérez Arellano prepares succulent tasting menus with products from the island and the Balearic Sea. His restaurant can boast of two Michelin stars.

2. Restaurante Adrián Quetglas
The restaurant of Adrián Quetglas, former chef of the Marc Fosh team, is situated on Paseo Mallorca. The chef has won his first Michelin star in a very short time with a tasty seven-course menu that changes every fortnight.

3. Argos Restaurant
Argos restaurant is situated in Puerto de Pollensa, in the hotel La Goleta Hotel de Mar. It offers an innovative cuisine and wonderful views of the bay. Its chef, Álvaro Salazar, and all his team, have been awarded a Michelin star.

4. Bou Restaurant
Situated in Sa Coma, Tomeu Caldentey´s restaurant called Bou offers a culinary experience divided into three surprising acts.

5. Es Fum Restaurant
Es Fum is situated in Costa d'en Blanes, at the St Regis Mardavall hotel. It surprises the clients with a menu that only reveals the main ingredient.

6. Es Racó d’es Teix Restaurant
Josef Sauerschell, a German who has fallen in love with Mallorca, offers a succulent menu à la carte and a three-course tasting menu at an unbeatable location, in Deiá.

7. Jardín Restaurant
This restaurant is owned by the Castro family and situated in the Port of Alcudia, it uses the best Mallorcan products of the sea and the land to offer exquisite dishes.

8. Andreu Genestra´s Restaurant
The young Chef Andreu Genestra offers three excellent tasting menus with local products at the rural hotel Predí Son Jaumell, in Capdepera.

9. Marc Fosh´Restaurant
The British chef Marc Fosh has his Michelin star restaurant in the centre of Palma. It offers tasting menus with fresh seasonal products and culinary innovations.
