Palma de Mallorca is a small city but there are many spots to discover.

The city´s old town is full of little charming streets, impressive churches and green areas that let the centre breathe. The good thing about it is that all the interesting buildings and the most emblematic places are very close to each other and within walking distance. If you plan it well you will be able to see them all without using public transport.

One option is to do it by yourself, but we recommend you choose one of the suggested itineraries so you do not leave anything behind. It is more convenient to be provided with a guidebook to get to know the places you visit and understand the history and culture of the most representative majorcan spots.

Another very advisable option is to do a guided tour to gain a thorough understanding of all the secrets the city hides. There is a great number of establishments that offer such service, and all of them will take you to similar places. The most important ones are: the Cathedral, Almudaina Palace, City Hall, Paseo del Borne, Bellver Castle, La Lonja, Consulado de Mar, Baños Arabes (Arab Baths), March Palace, Main Market Square, some churches (do not miss San Miguel and San Francisco church), Olivar Market and Plaza de España.

There are tours for every taste, therefore we have selected some of the establishments that give the best guided tours. You may choose the option you like the best, all of them have something special to offer.
