Mallorca has 53 municipalities and some of them are considered the most beautiful towns and areas of Spain. It also has a beach of fine sand and blue water and hundreds of hidden coves between its mountains, perfect to discover on vacation.

One of those beautiful areas is the town of Sa Coma which is located in the municipality of San Lorenzo de Cardezar, located in the east of the island of Mallorca, between Cala Millor and S'Illot.

Enjoy Sa Coma

If you spend your holidays in the area of Sa Coma you can enjoy its beach of more than 800 meters in length. An extensive stretch of fine sand and transparent waters, where you can see the fields of Posidonia or practice diving or windsurfing.

If you continue to the left side of the beach, you will find Sa Punta de n'Amer. An area declared in 1991 a Natural Area of Special Interest by the Parliament of the Balearic Islands. It is a square defense tower built at the end of the seventeenth century, known as "Es Castell".

Stroll through the weekly markets of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Son Servera and Son Carrió where you can buy seasonal fruits and vegetables, local products or clothing and handicrafts.

In summer you can also visit the seasonal coast markets in the area of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and s'Illot.

Sa Coma offers a bike lane where you can go for a walk alone or with your family, which goes from Port Vell and continues along the coast and the promenade to S'Illot.
